Licensing Program

The Environmental Licensing Program has as its main directive to ensure that all INFRAERO airports comply with the recommendations in the Brazilian environmental legislation.

The goal is to obtain and maintain the operating licenses for all airports of the company and put all efforts to provide undertakings with the necessary environmental permits.

Typically, a major undertaking as the construction of a landing and takeoff runway is subject to Environmental Impact Assessment - EIA and its Environmental Impact Report - EIR, which assist in the analysis of the environmental agency for the issuance of the Preliminary License.

Given the multidisciplinary approach that involves the issue environmental permits, a holistic vision and technical knowledge about environmental issues related to airport operations are of great importance for the operation and maintenance of the licensing process of INFRAERO. This understanding is reflected in the Environmental Policy and its multidisciplinary environmental programs.
